Emma Hanquist
Emma studied illustration at both Maryland Institute College of Art and The School of Design & Crafts at Gothenburg University where she received her BFA in 2007. Since then she has done illustrations for numerous magazines and worked on several animated films. She is one of those brilliant illustrators that can cleverly portray unflattering and complicated topics.
Emma uses techniques such as analog pencil drawings as well as both handmade and computerized collages in her practice to find interesting visual solutions and stories.
